How Qerano identifies affiliate links and paid placements, protects editorial independence and separates verified comparisons from commercial offers.
Current status
Qerano currently has no active affiliate partnerships, paid placements or commission-generating links. Links to documentation and sources support research; they are not automatically affiliate links.
When affiliate links are introduced
A short notice will appear near the relevant commercial content. Affiliate links will be marked with rel="sponsored"; paid placements will be labelled. A provider or network may track a qualifying referral, so the privacy notice and any required consent process must be updated before activation.
Editorial independence
A commission must not determine the conclusion, ranking or recommendation. Reviews should state criteria, evidence, limitations and the date of verified information. Prices, discounts, awards, ratings and claimed testing are not invented.
